My photography journey began 17 years ago with a camera I bought off eBay using my first paycheck. I didn’t know exactly what I was chasing—I just knew I needed to create. Somewhere along the way, I realized I had a unique way of noticing, and people began to recognize that. That was the moment I knew I wanted to share this part of myself with the world.

I earned a scholarship and enrolled in a commercial photography program... then dropped out soon after. I didn’t want to follow formulas or create photos that looked like everyone else’s. I wanted to understand why certain images moved people. I wanted to study theory, emotion, the psychology behind composition. I just wanted to make art that meant something.

And years later, here I am—still chasing the beautiful, fleeting things. The way sunlight refracts through your champagne glass. The breeze gently playing with your hair. The quiet look your person gives you when they think no one else is paying attention. These are the moments I live for. The ones you might not catch in the rush of it all—but I will. And I’ll give them back to you—not just to remember the day, but to feel it all over again.

When I’m not photographing weddings, I’m probably curled up with something caffeinated, attempting to tackle my ever-growing TBR pile. I love a good romance novel. I dance in the living room with my daughter and make up songs just for her. I spend weekends around a board game table with friends—glass of white wine or a sweet red for me, thanks. And I’m usually dreaming up something creative, probably with a vision board, a themed playlist, and more open tabs than I care to admit.
